With so many favor companies out there, what makes Lil Favors Company so different?

Lil Favors Company specializes in the custom design of small packages for special events like weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, etc. The versatility that we offer allows you to expand your creativity and create items so unique that they are unattainable anywhere else in the market. Virtually thousands of variations are possible.

What makes a hand-crafted favor so different from a machine-created box?

Hand-crafted favor boxes ensures two things. First, it ensures quality of each individual box. Unlike large machines that may cause defects that go undetected, we can ensure that each package reflects the high standard of presentation that Lil Favors Company is known for. Second, it gives a personal touch to your favor allowing you to tailor its look to the theme of your event. This personal touch can say a lot in thanking your guests. Many guest in the past have taken a Lil Favors box home and found other uses for it's sturdiness and beauty.

How much are your products? Is there a price list?
The prices for each box are found by going to the products page and clicking on the images of the box you are interested in.

Can you created odd shaped boxes?

At this time, we can only create cubed or rectangular boxes. We are currently in the process of engineering other shaped boxes.However, for all practical purposes, most people find that rectangular boxes serve their purposes quite nicely. And with the additional ribbons and accents, your unique style of box will show through.

How big of a favor box can be ordered?

You can specify the specific dimensions of any box that you wish to order. However, no one side can exceed 3.5 inches. Any larger and the box will become too flimsy to hold shape.

How much can a favor box hold?

These boxes are intended to carry confectionary and other items of relative weight. Unless you plan to fill the box with a lead weights, we can guarantee that it will hold the vast majority of items used for favors. If you want to make sure your item is suitable, you can always order a sample and ensure that it works.

Do you have any other colors or designs besides what I see on the website?

There are new colors being added all the time. It doesn't hurt to ask if a colors is going to be available soon! Just email us!

Do you provide any discounts on larger favor orders?

We offer discounts on orders 100 items or larger.

I am a registered merchant (or would like to become one) How do I pay for my favor order?

First you will need to register your business with us.

We accept payments only by credit card via a service known as PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Remember that no orders are processed without first receiving payment in full. The preferred method of payment is through PayPal.

To pay by PayPal, click on the image "add to cart" and the PayPal shopping cart will appear. Once you are finished ordering, click on "checkout" and the PayPal site will guide you the rest of the way.

If you are a retail business purchasing items at wholesale, you will need to request a PayPal invoice from us. Simply email us for more information.

Why does Lil Favors Company need a minimum 3-week processing time for orders?

Because of the thousands of combinations, we simply cannot hold all the stock at any given time. One week is to allow for shipping, and the other week is for processing. However, if you are in a rush, and are ordering standard favor boxes, please email us to see if we have them already in stock for immediate shipment. Standard boxes are 2-inches and are popular colors such as white, ivory, lavender, ice-blue, and pink.

How do I know how long my particular order will take to process?

If you want to roughly estimate the processing time to help in planning, start with the standard two-week minimum processing time for a minimum of 200 favor boxes. Add an additional week of processing time for each additional 200 boxes over that.

All shipments are sent from Canada and will take between 5 to 8 business days to arrive at their US desination.

What if I need my order faster than two weeks?

Within reason, we can process rush orders. They require an additional 25% of the total cost of the order, and we will need to ensure that the supplies are readily available in time.

Do you have wholesale prices available for viewing?

Yes we do! In order to receive these discounts, along with several other services (free samples, updates on new favor designs, etc.), register your business with us. You will need your Tax ID # (USA) or your Social Security Tax # (Canada).

Is it possible to set up a credit account with Lil Favors Company so that I can pay after the favors have arrived?

This option is only possible for businesses who have registered with us and have placed a first order that has been paid upfront. Subsequent orders may be submitted with a net 30-day clause.

Is there a discount for referrals?

Although we do not have a program in place, we are willing to consider the possibility of offering a discount for referring customers to us who end up using our services. Contact us directly about this.

Does Lil Favors Company have a physical storefront where I can come see these designs?

Unfortunately, we do not have a showcase for our favors outside of our website. However, you may purchase single samples of boxes that you would like to see. Registered merchants can receive a limited number of samples upon request.
